Returns and Exchange

In order to qualify for a return, customers may express an interest to return ordered products within 30 days of delivery.

Products must meet the below conditions in order to be eligible for refund:

  • The item(s) must be in original condition
  • The item(s) must be unworn
  • The item(s) must be unwashed
  • The item(s) must contain no damage

Free gifts, sale and/or promotional items may not be eligible for return or refund.

Once sent, please be sure to send us the courier tracking number so that we know to expect the parcel.

Alternatively, you may return your ordered products to any of our retail stores at no charge.

Once your item(s) has(have) been received and approved for exchange, please allow up to 3 - 5 working days for delivery of your exchanged pair to take place.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually delivered within 3 - 5 working days from date of order.

Our customers will receive tracking updates as the order progresses through the fulfillment process, you may expect an update within 2 working days of order confirmation, then further updates with a link through which you may track your order to delivery. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been prepared for collection at our fulfillment centre, a tracking link and update will be sent to the email address captured at checkout.

Updates will be sent as your order progresses through collection from our fulfillment centre until confirmed delivered at your provided address.

How long does it take for my order to be collected by the Courier?

Orders are shipped out Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and Public Holidays.

Your order may be dispatched within 1 - 2 working days. Should your order remain outstanding after 3 working days, do feel free to contact our Customer Services department on 010 880 4319 for assistance.

Do you ship internationally (outside South Africa)?

We ship internationally, all our international orders are shipped via DHL. 

Our orders are shipped within 1 - 2 working days excluding South African public holidays. Delivery may take up to 7 - 14 days dependent on customs clearance. 

Please note, custom duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

The item I ordered is now out of stock, what can I do?

While we strive to ensure our stock is accurate, certain stock items may be recalled for various
reasons and we may not be able to fulfill your order.

Our team will then be in contact to offer alternative colorways or SKU’s for your convenience.

How can I amend my order?

Orders may not be changed or amended once shipped.

Orders may not be canceled once shipped.

Kindly note, refunds may take up to 7 - 10 working days to be processed, please allow up to 36 hours for the funds to reflect in your account once processed. 

There is a defect on my shoes, can I return them?

If something is not quite right with your order, you may contact us within 30 days of delivery for our team to assist in rectifying your order.

Can I return and exchange my order?

You may return any item from an order within 30 days of purchase for an exchange, given that: 

  • The item(s) is(are) in original condition
  • The item(s) is(are) unworn
  • The item(s) is(are) unwashed
  • The item(s) contains no damage 

A R100 courier fee applies on the return of items for exchanges.

Alternatively, you may return eligible items to any of our retail stores at no charge. 

Once your item(s) has(have) been received, they will be assessed and actioned as due, please allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery of exchange items.

Can I return my order for a refund?

You may return any item from an order within 7 days of purchase for a refund, given that: 

  • The item(s) is(are) in original condition
  • The item(s) is(are) unworn
  • The item(s) is(are) unwashed
  • The item(s) contain no damage

The item(s) is(were) not on sale or promotion. (Sale and Promotion items may not be eligible for refunds but may be exchanged or refunded via a Gift card exchange). 

A R100 Courier fee applies on the return of items for refunds and may be deducted from the refund amount due. Alternatively, you may return eligible items to any of our retail stores at no charge. 

Once your item(s) has(have) been received, refunds may take up to 7 - 10 working days to be processed. Please allow up to 36 hours for the funds to reflect in your account once processed. 

How long does it take to process my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 - 10 working days to the original method of payment used at checkout.
